THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF GUETS
The guest will present his / her valid ID to the hotel reception staff immediately upon arrival.
In the room, the guest can receive visits only from 08.00 to 22.00.
In case of more people sleeping in the room than reported, the difference must be paid.
In the room and throughout the hotel, the guest can not move the equipment and make any interventions in the electrical network or other installations without the consent of the hotel management.
When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to close the water taps, turn off the lights in the room and lock the door.
The guest is obliged to keep the keys with him at all times due to the closing of the reception.
From 22.00 to 07.00. the guest respects the night quiet, ie does not disturb other guests staying in the hotel.
Guests are familiar with the location of reserved parking spaces for Hotel u Šuláka. The hotel is not responsible for towing vehicles outside the designated areas.
Smoking is prohibited in the hotel building under a fine of 2500, – CZK / 100, – €.
The guest is obliged to check-out of the room no later than 11.00 on the last day, unless another check-out time has been agreed. If they do not do so, the hotel is entitled to charge for the next night.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION OF THE HOTEL
Na Based on the confirmed reservation, the hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest from 2 pm to 6 pm. Until then the room stays reserved for the guest if the reservation is not guaranteed by a credit card.
In special cases, the hotel may offer the guest accommodation other than the one agreed, as long as it does not differ in principle from the confirmed reservation.
If the guest requests an extension of the stay, the hotel may offer him a different room than the one in which he was originally accommodated.
The hotel will arrange for medical assistance or transport to the hospital in case of illness or injury of the guest.
The hotel is only responsible for damage to stored items, money or valuables that have been deposited by the receptionist.
The guest pays all costs for damages or thefts caused by him without undue delay from the card provided for the warranty.
The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation regulations. In case of violation the hotel has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the end of the agreed period.
